The silent tears fall down
As the little girl weeps.
Dressed in black,
The car silently drives away.
Thunder falls and lightning strikes,
The sky lights up like a never-ending lightshow.
The girl stares silently,
And looks up into the sky.
A little angel has smiled upon her
As the doves start to fly.
Every breath is like a choking strain
A grip firmly around her neck;
Down comes the rain.
Her make-up smudged eyes are just a smear in her tainted life,
As the little girl weeps at her mother’s life,
And says goodbye for the final, last time.
