H most certainly can ignite
Much the same as dynamite
But any flame needs O2 to burn
This is the beginning of my concern
O2 with H, a dangerous mix?
Instead its starts to play some tricks
Too tight is the bond of H2O
So now we know it cannot blow
Unless of course, electricity
And really this is a necessity
To break apart this liquid life
As if to cut it with a knife
Two H one O come out to play
The poor O must wait, must stay
It cannot burn it is in trouble
Unless the O is to double
Without the two it cannot complete
Its truly amazing combustion feat
A spark, a light, some heat
Ignition is now complete
