In your song of life
Viciously piercing violins may send shivers down your spine
While the conductor and the orchestra shift swiftly out of time
There may be contrapuntal melodies measuring far from sublime
But the dissonance will be refined
In your song of dreams
The crashing of copious cymbals may resonate repulsively
While the planned piece of perfection turns to atonality
The shrill sound of the harsh brass leaves your ears in jeopardy
But there will once again be angelic harmonies
In your song of hope
Cacophony
Radiance disappears
But still despair shall be ensnared
By a love that perseveres
An incomparable, incomprehensible, undeniable love
