I was once in a lost place
In a lost race
I was black and I worked in a white mans shack
Discriminated and Dilapidated
Loving parents
The ones who raised me
Made me who I am
A faded memory
Everyday I think about my family
I wonder where they are now
Out in the desert
In a missionary
But all I wish for is their safety
I will just keep hoping
And that they will someday find me
I keep hoping…..
