The great battle
One peaceful Saturday summer morning in Australia everyone in the Holand family were
sleeping in. The Holand family are: Lance, the dad, 35 years old, Natalie, the mum, 31
years old, Jack, 12 years old and George, 6 years old. Usually they would wake up early at
around 6:30 to play iPod or wii or something fun, but not this time. It was already 9:00 and
no one had got up yet, strange isn't it. But no one knew that this was the beginning of
battle and that evil had struck. So what happened to the Holand family? Ok I'll tell you,
they had been put under an evil curse that would make them sleep in. But it wasn't just the
Holand family, it was the whole country. This was put on them so that the evil dark lord
could easily sneak in and destroy Australia. He wanted to take over the world. It was
around lunch when the Holand family woke up, strange again hey? They looked at the
time, it was lunch time? They thought it was a dream, but no it wasn't. They pinched
themselves just to make sure, but it was real. Then they saw a person covered with
monster tattoos, Jack said "cool" but George got scared, he ran outside and tried to hit him
but instead missed him completely. He went over and laughed an evil laugh. He picked
George up and took him back to the house and threatened "give me your house and I'll
give him back" but they refused. He said "fine he'll just have to die". And with that Lance
and Natalie screamed and raced for the man, they hit and punched him but he kept
dodging, but suddenly the army protecting Australia came racing down and shot him. But
the real evil lord was in New South Wales, already destroying houses and getting more
powerful by the minute. This was getting dangerous so the army teamed up with the
Holand family and figured out that something evil was happening and they needed to stop
it soon, so they got everyone in Western Australia to help them. Then they set off across
Australia to find the evil lord. And fortunately they met in the desert in the middle of
Australia, the perfect battle place.... Not! The evil lord screamed "you think you can defeat
me with that? WRONG!!! You will never defeat me". Then George shouted out "I hate you
because you threatened me to die you evil man". Then the whole army started chanting
"defeat him" "defeat him" the evil lord got angry and shouted "ATTACK!!!!!" But the evil lord
and his monsters were no match for all of Western Australia with gold and diamond bows
with arrows with fire tips and iron swords and were defeated easily. The whole army
shouted out "nice try NOT!!!" It was enough to make the evil lord shout "RETREAT!!!".
Then the whole country lived happily ever after.
