GAME WORLD.
It was early in the morning with the sun shining and the birds singing but suddenly out of
his bed came a boy who had just been woken by the sound of the kettle boiling. His name
was Conor and he had just remembered that it was his 11th birthday. "Oh boy!" said Conor
happily with great excitement running through his body. "I can't wait for my birthday!".
Happiness filled his body as he got out of pyjamas and into his clothes.
He raced down the hallway and greeted his family. Conor was in a family of 4, his brother,
Zack, his mum,Catherine and his dad,Kieran. They all greeted Conor with a smile and said
happy birthday with as much excitement as Conor. He asked whats for breakfast and His
mum replied with a soft gentle but excited voice,"we're having bacon and eggs." Bacon
and eggs was Conor's favourite breakfast in the world. Soon they sat down and enjoyed
the delicious meal with a joyful smile on their faces. Conor's brother, Zack was a fast eater
which made the breakfast disappear in seconds." Wow!" Said Kieran with a astonished
voice as he looked at Zacks empty plate. Zack gave out an unpleasant burp which nobody
liked as usual. Soon everybody left the empty table except Conor, who always takes a long
time to eat.
Soon it was time two open the presents.Conor sat down at the table while everyone sang
Happy Birthday.Conor had opened all the presents except one . He quickly opened it and
to his delight it was the newest game console. The G.C 2000 was the greatest game
console ever created and every kid wanted one. Conor thanked his family and set up the
new console with the game that came with it. He started it up and waited for the fun.
Something strange started to happen and suddenly Conor felt like he was getting pulled
into the t.v and he was terrified. He tried to stop it but it was no use. He knew the Games
would be realistic but not this realistic. He got pulled into some sort of rift and landed in a
strange room. He looked up and saw people staring down at him. Conor let out a
scream,"arghhhh!,who-o-o are you?". "We're game characters," said the people. "Oh,"
replied Conor as he got up. "Where am I?". You're in the game world," replied one of them.
A character named Mario came to greet him."How did I get here?" asked Conor. Mario
explained to him that he sent him here to stop the evil Bowser. Conor was chosen because
of his great gaming skills. They planned their attack with the help of Sonic,Samus,Ratchet
and Clank. They flew over in Samus's spaceship and launched an all out assault on
Bowser's base. As usual Mario just jumped on The enemy's heads. Sonic's speed allowed
him to breach the defences while Ratchet and Clank blasted the enemies away. It soon
came down to the final battle with Bowser and Conor. Conor's game remote gave him
special powers to use against Bowser. Bowser shot a fireball but Conor was too quick.
Conor shot a lazer beam at Bowser but his armour was too thick. When all hope was lost
Conor had an idea. He shot a lazer beam at the roof of the building and Bowser
commented with a mean gruff voice."you missed, you have no hope of defeating me," he
gave out a loud laugh. "I'm not so sure about that," said Conor. "Huh," replied Bowser. The
roof crumbled down on Bowser and it was over. They congratulated Conor and rewarded
him with a medal of honour and they sent him home but they would still see each other
again.
