Shania you were a beautiful girl
you were as precious as a pearl
you were my best friend
I swear it'll never end
as you are my beautiful girl.

I remember meeting you
what I saw of you was true
that you meant the the world to me
best friends were what we were meant to be
and it all came true

I remember being by your side
I'm going to miss that since you died
you were only sixteen
the friendship shared between
us will always be tied.

I miss you Shania Jayne Byrne
for you I have learnt
that you will always be there for me.
