When I laid there beside you,
Could you feel me there,
My arms were wrapped around you
and I was stroking your hair.
I held your hand and squeezed it tight,
And I say to you please stay another night,
Slowly a tear drops down my face
As I walk out of the room in a slow pace,
I think of you every day
Asking God if you could stay,
The times I spent with you
Will never go,
Memories will stay and always grow.
Your love went far
I love you Ma
I will remember you forever!
