The Movie That Has Left Me Hanging

Look at the time, the clock strikes noon,
To home I say, with haste and a chocolate fondue,
The natural path lies flat and withers under my seismic force,
Oh look its a pink rabbit hoping along,
I broke my trance and stomped to the beat of the rustling leaves up in heavens,
To try reach my sanctum in time for my funny show,
Up the calm mountains, down the treacherous grass lands,
I finally reached my home sweet home, no later than 2 past 12,
But then, horror strikes me cold, when I look into my basket with the movie gone,
The telephone shudders me more with its vibrations,
Hello?, Whoops I seem to have left behind at the town's shopping cone.
Sigh it looks like its time to go back, I'll take a little nap and see how it goes tomorrow at the break of a brand new day.
