She’s the girl
That sits alone at parties that reads instead of talking
That writes instead of listening, that hides instead of seeking
She wants someone to notice her, but no one ever will
At least that's what she thought
For she was trapped in her thoughts
Trapped in her dreams, Trapped in a fantasy
Little did she know, that there was a boy just like her
That wanted her to notice, that he was right there waiting
For her to escape her fantasy, for her to come to reality
But little did he know
He was the light at the end of her tunnel
The one she thought about, the one she dreamt about
The one that was always in her fantasies
But little did they both know
They were falling in love
