How often do I wish I could be
sucking on a delicious, nutritious fruit tree.
A large bug and quite pretty
but also it is very stinky.
Upon its back the mighty cross
In a plague they are the boss.
That radiates anger and hate
Devouring new growth with all his mates.
Be a colourful bug and fierce
With a sucking mouth-part that can pierce.
And if you happened to find a sour tree
Move on and find another more sweet, like tea.
Let a taste of destruction be your guide
and taste triumph over mind.
With no mercy on poor citrus trees, leave them a mess
So farmers may say you were, God damn you bug,a pest
