The ocean breeze, oh the ocean breeze
Attracts me to the ocean like honey bees.
An ombre sunset fades from yellow
To a red, orange and blue with mellow.
The washing waves that sound like laughter
Strong and sturdy like a rafter.
A scent of dimethyl sulphide,
Connecting with the sand as a bride.
The water droplets riding into my mouth
Tastes like that iceberg we stole from the south.
It has its own meaning,
It has its own world
But one thing it’s missing is its path to the dream.
