A mad sad moment, her eyes are diamonds and her heart is gold,

I can’t win her; I’ll have to lay my cards down fold, it would be sad to let her go

But I remain in the shadows, waiting for your light and I’ll take in your afterglow and

Everything will be alright.



I want to be with you forever.

I would never hurt you.

But you turn your head in disgrace

Is it something I do?



I want to be more than your friend.

I think about you all the time.

I said I was with you.

But all I did was lie.



You treat me as your brother

But I want you more

You are something I treasure and always adore.
