A Knight In Shining Armour

The Knight stared into the dragon’s eyes.
Defeated, the monster that had pursued him for so many years was now lying at his feet.
The armour that had protected for so long, now trapped him in a place he didn’t want to be.
Unsheathing his sword the question dawned on him,
In a quest to rid the world of evil,
In a quest that had started off a noble cause,
Who was the monster now?

The boy stared into the bully’s eyes.

Flexing his muscles the question dawned on him,
In a quest to rid the school of a menace,
In a quest that had started out a noble cause,
Who was the monster now?
