Fade Away

The darkness dims, the light consumes
In the aching doom, the flowers bloom
In the warmest days, and coldest nights
They breed love, such wonderful sights

Despite the problems, it overcomes
It drains the pain, and makes you numb
To the painful truth, and bitter reality
That drives you mad, losing your sanity

The flowers have wilted, the love is dead
The purest whites, are stained in red
He’s left drowning, a pool of dismay
He wishes she, would just fade away
