Inside And Out

He wakes up, feeling dead
Faith hanging, by a thread
He can’t take it, he’s had enough
No more acting, like he’s tough

He used to have, a heart of gold
Now it’s left, bitter and cold
Torn apart, inside and out
He’s given up, without a doubt

He walks the road, of broken dreams
Where nothing is, as it seems
He wants redemption, from his mistakes
But does he have - what it takes?
