If you have received a faulty (miss bound or misprinted) or damaged item/s, or to initiate a return please email our customer service team on the following email address: firstname.lastname@example.org.
To ensure quality and so that we can inspect the defective order, we may ask that you provide a few photographs illustrating the defect, prior to receiving a refund or replacement.
Please return books unused, in original condition and packaging, accompanied by order name and number details, within four weeks of receipt.
Return of book purchases due to change of mind, will be refunded minus postage and handling costs.
Refunds will be issued once returned goods are received. Monies will be refunded to the same account of original order.
For some (non-book related) issues we can arrange for your order to be remade at no further charge.
We do not accept returns/refunded on the following items:
- Personalised plaques and bookmarks cannot be returned.
- Photograph and dedication print orders cannot be refunded after publication.
- Prizes cannot be returned or exchanged.
