Lies and love, all the same
Death and sorrow with which they came
Cries for freedom, cries for hope
Hanging on, this rope to which you grope

Battles and wars
All fought without reason
Saints and sinners
All leading to lifes greatest treason

Lies and love, all the same
Worth all the pain with which they came
The questions and the answers you seek
Hanging on, for the memories you keep
