There are no knights in shining armour,
or princesses awaiting a true love's kiss.
Fairytales are make-believe, but love runs deep.
A passion known to even cynics, as the one true asset left in this life.
It does not shield,
will not shelter.
Rather it opens up doors we ourselves have locked and thrown away the key to, a long time before.
It abolishes sanctuary,
and defies every sense of loneliness.
Its worthy and completely incredible.
Yet people shy away from it.
Ever-scared of what confrontments will be brought to the surface.
And how many barriers will be broken down.
