The Rain falls down upon my skin
yet i still stand there wondering
If i was a raindrop where would i go
i would fly so high and drop so low
When you look up on a rainy day,
people see clouds and darkness and grey
but not me i see a wonderful place full of water
and beauty and grace.
I know in my heart there's more then meets the eye
and i plan to discover, i plan to know why
why is it we are always stereo typing
but the rain falls down i start crying
because i do not see grey and gloomy
but an amazing creation thats extraordinary
if i was a raindrop i'd be the first to hit the ground
and prove once and for all that rain is earth bound
