You follow the grass-bare path
Along to a tranquil lake
At a kookaburras laugh
All of wondrous nature wakes
The lake’s silver tears
Will capture your mind
As daybreak nears
The moon is left behind
A great Wollemi pine
Looms over your head
Beside a Devil’s Twine
Splashed yellowy red
The sun begins to fall
Behind the range of Earth
While night is solemnly called
You know what Nature is truly worth
