On Your Wedding Day

It used to be you and me;
That's the way things used to be.
The others were near but with you and me,
You were always there.

Now that you're older,
Although you're still here,
Things are different now...
But I stay optimistic.

When I look back at my life,
A big part of that is you.

You stand up for me when I can't be strong...
I know I can always rely on that.
My funny sister who plays with me,
Loves me and cares about me

There's a new love in your life;
Your new shining star.
You're a new kind of happy...
I can see you two from a-far

Please hold her tight;
Don't let her go...
Because she's my sister-
Her sorrow is my sorrow;
Her happiness brings me happiness.

Love is like the sunrise
After a month of darkness.
Love is like two crayons
Drawing an entire rainbow.

At this special time,
I'd just like to say:
I hope you both live great lives,
With your new bond lighting the way.
