WAR

Bullets flying
Soldiers dying,
Women crying
And children shying,
People in despair
Oh! War is not fair.

Damage, destruction, carnage and eruption,
Bombshells falling
Church bells calling.
Battles are bad and oh so sad, people fight at great cost, for the glory of what, when many lives have been lost.

At the end of all this, with nothing left but bloodshed poppy fields....well after all, that’s what war deals.
