Days Gone By.

I stared at the lazy ocean floor, tears welled up in my eyes.
Remembering the days gone by.
I began to weep,
Hoping it was not true.
All knew was I had to try.
Running to the water, the sand engulfed my toes.
The tide rose helping release my feet from the grip of the sand.
I loosend my hair-tie, my hair flowing to my waist.
I ran into the ocean.
It didn't seem fair.
I rose my head slowly.
Taking in the air.
I walked along the shore.
Remembering the day you said only one word, that made me fall for you.
Forever.
