I Am

I am creative and enthusiastic,
I wonder if I will ever grow up,
I hear an applause arising out of nowhere,
I want to be in front of an audience everyday,
I am creative and enthusiastic,

I pretend to sing in front of an audience,
I feel the excitement as I step out on stage,
I am creative and enthusiastic,

I touch the microphone as I get ready to sing,
I taste the tears of a lost one,
I am creative and enthusiastic,

I understand that things can't last forever,
I say I can't last forever,
I dream of fantasy and reality,
I try hard in everything I do,
I hope that the lost ones will be found knowing they never will,
I am creative and enthusiastic,
I am me.
