Fallen Angel

She fell from the heavens into his arms,
To the only place where she was safe from harm.
An angel amist mortals of this world,
Hiding behind the face of an ordinary girl.
The boy became her friend and soon even more.
He became the first boy who knew it all.
He could see this girl was heaven sent;
For a mortal, she had too much innocence.
From the second his eyes had looked into hers,
He saw beyond the scars, beyond the hurt.
She needed him but little did she know,
He was but an angel who fell long ago.
He'd be searching the world for a girl like her,
From corner to corner of the entire Earth.
But when he stumbled apon this angel and caught her in his arms.
His task was complete, he'd found the one.
