A Glacial Winter's Day

Whirring leaves were whisked away,
Overwhelming, winds a-whistling.
Snowy, blowy winter's day,
Gripping with its enchanting chill.

Maximum class, minimum draft,
Suave in its intricacies.
A rigid, mind-numbing craft,
Like a frozen criminal's heart.

SWOO!! A tepid waft simmers down,
An ice-maiden in the making.
White-hemmed, frost driven gown.
Swiftly sweeping, smoothly sweeping

A glacial rap on the shoulder,
Drifting away, away, dismissed.
Can it get any colder?
Like a frozen criminal's heart.
