Dark Daze

I stand alone, on the deserted beach, wondering, dreaming. Is there any hope? As the waves gentley roll onto the soft sand, for a moment, I truely believe that there is a chance for me.
I think back to the past, what went wrong? But all I have now is the future, dark, mysterious and unknown.
The world seems so large because I am only one person. One person who had a mission. One person who gave up. Would I have changed anything if I could do it again? Yes, is the simplest answer I can give you. Maybe this was meant to happen, maybe it was right. I can only hope and pray now, that there is some sort of light.
