Rainbow

There was a Rainbow in the sky.
There was a Rainbow up so high.
 
Not a single cloud was in it’s way.
It was indeed a perfect day.
 
This of course was the day that I realised.
What was Always there, right before my eyes.
 
I realised that it was you I love.
This day was a sign from the heavens above.
 
No other person shall have my heart.
As I loved you form the very start.
 
I hope one day you’ll look at me like I look at you.
And come up and say “I love you too”.
 
There was a rainbow in the sky.
