I’m in a city full of violence
It is supposed to be peaceful

Every day you watch the news, you see there’s been more explosions more innocent people were killed!

Mama says we will one day go to a safe place where there’s no war.

She says everywhere we go, violence seems to follow.

I pray every night that my family will be safe. I go to bed and rest my head and hope I wake the next day!
