Danger Under The Frozen Lake

The Royal Ice-Skating Club of England had sent a letter to Chloe, Jasmine, Cody and Daniel. The letter said ‘you’ve been chosen to go to the best ice-skating camp in the world’. The camp was in Canada, near the big mountains. After they read the letter they were very excited. They quickly ran downstairs and told their parents that they had received a letter from The Royal Ice-Skating Club of England. They were ready to go to Canada but Cody said, “We have one problem, we do not now which flight we are leaving on”. Jasmine said, “It has to be written on the letter”. Then she said, “I found a phone number”. She quickly rang the phone number and got the information. After they ate their breakfast they went to the airport to go to Canada. When they went onto the plane they were really happy. After they arrived in Canada a man called Mr. Jones met Chloe, Jasmine, Daniel and Cody at the airport and drove them to the camp. The next day they went ice-skating. When Jasmine was skating, she fell. She started screaming, “HELP! HELP! PLEASE HELP”. When Chloe saw Jasmine she started to run. When the boys saw Chloe helping Jasmine to get her out of the lake, they quickly ran to help. Jasmine was still screaming, “HELP! HELP!” She was really scared because a big shape was swimming under the ice towards her! They quickly got her out of the lake, but they could still see the big shape in the water. Chloe rang the ambulance so they could get Jasmine to the hospital because she had a broken leg. The other children were really upset that Jasmine couldn’t be at camp. While they were skating, Mr. Jones came and told them that Jasmine was alright and could come and stay at the camp but she wouldn’t be allowed to participate in the activities. After Jasmine got out, she told the others that she didn’t think the big lake ‘monster’ was trying to hurt her, she thought it was just lonely. She asked Chloe, Daniel and Cody to come with her that night and try and make friends with the big lake monster. Jasmine got some sardines and bread to give to the monster. When they arrived, Jasmine said, “Lake Monster. Are you here?” The lake monster made a splash and a friendly cry. “Come here. I have some sardines for you!” called out Jasmine. The lake monster started to came towards Jasmine slowly. Jasmine fed the sardines to the lake monster. After that, Jasmine rang the animal catcher so they can get the lake monster from the lake to the sea where it belonged. The camp ended a week later and they returned to England
