Dad's Old Boat

Dad’s old boat was a motor one, made of tin grey in colour.
Smelt like petrol, very loud, looked alright.
Sometimes it would go slow and sometimes fast.
We would go fishing in it lots of times.
Red Rock River we would go.
Lots of fun dad and I had.
This mud place dad and I would go.
There were many cracks in this mud patch as it started to dry.
Many years ago.
Dad no longer has that boat he sold to his mate.
Dad and I loved that old boat.
I miss it that old boat it was great…………………..
