When I lay my head down
I hear no sound
No more crying
Of people in pain
No more bombs
Falling from the sky
Like a shower of rain
I arrive at my new country
I am no longer on the sea
I realize this is an island
I am scared and my emotions are strong
I know I'm on land
But not the kind
I would like to be on
