Facinating Owl

I catch sight of a great, majestic owl with it's massive watchful eye's. They are a lovely, lime green colour and look searchingly through the phosphorescent night. There is incredible detail that makes it look powerful yet fragile. The owl's beak looks tiny compared to it's enormous eye's and circular face. This owl is perched on the branch outside my bedroom window waiting; waiting for the sight of food. The owl has discovered something, I cannot make out what it is but it has suddenly plunged to the ground. It has grasp of it and is gracefully flying into the distance, I observe it until it's only a speck in the night sky.
