As your heart starts to stop
You are falling asleep
Happy memories in your mind
Of you and me.

Laughing in the park,
Playing on the swings
Me dancing in the concerts
And eating our favourite things.

Our bond was strong
Our love is forever
Grandma I loved you
And I will forever.
