Everything withers and everything fades,
Rainbow colours will fade to grey,
The life we have is swished away,
The silence will once again reign.

The suns bright rays will cease to shine,
The oil rigs will cease to mine,
It’s time we got our lives in line,
So what really matters now?

What are you living on this earth for?
To make new friends? To feed the poor?
Just to live ‘till you’re eighty four?
To get a job a house and more?

Whatever your goals in life may be,
They won’t last for eternity,
It’s time we set the real truth free,
That’s what really matters now.
