Washing the car is lots of fun,
Into my bathers then into the sun.
Pick up the bucket and the hose,
First make sure the windows are closed.
Suds in the bucket then swish it around,
Try not to spill too much on the ground.
Dip in the wax and splash it on the car,
A bucket of suds does'tngo very far.
When all of the dirt is washed away,
It's back to the hose and let's give it a spray.
Look for the bits I might of missed,
Then lets give it a good mist.
Dad checks that the car is clean,
He likes it when the windows gleam.
Two dollars for a job well done,
Washing the car is lots of fun!
