Tears as a lullaby; cry me to sleep,
A world of neglect,
Wrong doings, no peace.
No acceptance, arrogance,
The most spoilt of hearts,
Is it a habit, a pleasure,
A mood change in the weather?
Forget the limitations,
Ignore the hypocrites,
One day they'll understand,
But the question; how soon?
Peace is what it leads to,
What we lack and forget.
Just a little more happiness,
More love, no regret.
