Night
Night day black white
silver moon and blinding light
damp air, hot and dry
quiet forest; full of life,
black skies and sunny days
birds chirping with rats away
water rushing through rocks
moisten shiny green moss,
animals run happy free foxes
hunt with a glee, night brings
shadows and day with light.

Eerie night, beautiful in its way
day hot and colourful and bright,
wing blowing fast and hard casting
shadows far and wide, water sprays fresh
and clean, mysterious creatures born and die
fresh wounds with black dark hearts,
the night is dark and the day is bright.
