Water comes from the sky,
Water flowing freely
Causing people to act meanly
Causing hundreds to say there last good byes

Water flowing down the hill
This is the source of life
Ironically it also causes a lot of strife
It causes a lot of people to die and more to kill

Why go to this trouble
Because it is the most precious thing on earth.
It gives life just like birth
Everything needs it to the smallest ant to the largest bull

A lack of water is quite disastrous
But too much is just as bad.
Those conditions have killed many a lad.
But still in precious resources it tops the list
