Whisper whisper to the tree,
alive alive they may be,
see them whisper yes, the trees
as the wind blows happily.
A clang and clash, the storm comes,
thundering down to the drain and gums,
you hear them laugh full of joy
as water drips down their faces.
At last at last the beautiful rain,
comes pouring down, not in vain,
you hear them giggle like little children,
as they pitter-patter downward.
