A mystery to open what?
The wonders of an uneven shape
That is the answer to a calling shout
The piece that holds your future and escape
Cold and hard
Shoved in without love
When it’s turned and left its your only guard
A piece of metal covered by a glove
A tiny being that keeps you protected
The only one of its kind
Without it you and your life are disconnected
Taken for granted we are usually blind
when it comes to taking out the key
that opens the mystery
