Put on your Sunscreen?
I knew I should.
Words so fast, misunderstood.
Put on your sunscreen?
I wish I did.
My skin is blistered, my cells forbid.
Put on your sunscreen?
I wish I would,
body was needing, mind withstood
Put on your sunscreen?
I could've but stopped,
peeling skin, aloe vera slopped.
Put on your sunscreen?
Lesson learnt,
sandpapered skin, outside burnt.
Listen each time?
I will, I vow.
My heart is ready, the time is now.
