Excellence Award in the 'Legendary 2012' competition

The Storm.
As the storm raged, lightning bolts shot through the sky illuminating the world with a raw electric blue color.
The wild winds blew the trees back and fourth, while thunder cracked through the sky.
Rain poured down, falling upon my eyes making a blurry vision of colors and shades making the storm look like an old, English, oil painting.
Even with the sound of thunder and bolts of lightning, everything seemed still and soundless, making me feel empty, yet filled with emotion.
