Tattoo,
The ink that seeps through my skin,
The swirls and spirals that envelop my arm,
As my crumpled casing folds and wrinkles the charm.

Tattoo,
The shadow of blazing youth,
The intricate memories that are woven through,
That soon become a part of you.

Tattoo,
The everlasting mark,
The immortal, unchanging part of me,
In the ever changing patterns of this sea.
