I am a small girl in a big world.
I wonder what happens when you die.
I hear music flowing through my body.
I see a better place to grow up in.
I want to start over.
I am a small girl in a big world.

I pretend I am a part of the books I read.
I feel the walls closing in around me.
I touch the air around me and feel freedom.
I worry things won't go my way.
I cry when situations get to rough.
I am a small girl in a big world.

I understand time will never stand still.
I sat betrayal starts with trust.
I dream about a better beginning.
I try to not think about the past.
I hope it ets better for everybody.
