As the tired sun parts day from night
It is a pleasure to see this magnificent sight
As stars awaken from the dead
Beauty shows what is to be said

As dawn rises and darkness fades
The sun bears colours in beautiful shades
Colours of rosy red, pink and summery blue
This is the beginning of a day anew

As a new day begins once again
There starts a drizzle of gentle rain
Filling lakes until they're deep
The sky at last, begins to weep
