Day One: The wind is cold. It is dark. The storm grows stronger. It is howling. It sounds like a groan of agony. What is that sound? It sounds like…Death! I hear its wicked laugh, it’s getting louder! I get up and run but I cannot escape. I feel a jagged pain on my head, I am losing my vision. We are at Poseidon’s mercy now. I awaken. I cannot breathe. I am under the water, I must get to the surface, my lungs are on fire. I reach the surface. I can breathe but the joy does not last long for the almighty waves knock me back under. I struggle back to the top. I see a wave. It is as large as a mountain. Before I know it it’s upon me.
Day Two: I awaken on a shore. The wave has taken me here. Praise Poseidon. As soon as I realise the crew is dead I stop rejoicing and search for survivors. Hours later I return. I found no survivors. Quickly I find a rock and use my dagger to engrave the names of the crew. I place it just above the sand upon the grass. I do not know whether people will search for me or if I am stranded.
Day Three: I awake upon a ship. I was only dreaming! But then I realise the storm is growing stronger. I am under the water. I must get to the surface, my lungs are on fire. I reach the surface. I can breathe but the joy does not last long for the almighty waves knock me back under. I struggle back to the top. I see a wave. It is as large as a mountain. Before I know it it’s upon me.
The End.
