She is the beauty of the dance,
graceful, elegant and fair.
Catching everybody in a trance,
with her silky flowing hair.

Slender legs and perfect posture,
flowing fabric, bright lights.
This is only the start of her future,
in the dark starry night.

As the curtains revealed,
orchestra now playing, each note in her ear.
Audiences look appealed,
which took away her last fear.

The stage, the lights became her love.
She let herself retrieve all the attention,
Each leap and stride took her above,
into a whole new dimension.

The music faded,
she took her final bow.
The audience cheered as she made it,
She is the beauty of the dance.
