Sing your clocks.
At this quiet, solitary and dark
Moment between Yesterday and Tomorrow
And as you try to think of nothing,
Every thought that you have ever
Thought flocks to your brain and
Cries out desperately to be
Nurtured and so you take a Deep
Breathhhhh
Which banishes your thoughts
TICK. tick! TICK. tick! TICK.
tick! TICK. tick! TICK. tick!
And so, you turn. But this just brings
Discomfort so you

Give up

And your prize of unconsciousness
Greets you in anticipation.
